ASUS and ROG announced during CES 2022 their latest lineup of monitors for gamers, creative professionals, mobile business users, work-from-home employees and remote students.
ROG continues to push the boundaries of display technology, and new ROG gaming displays are in abundance at CES 2022. Models available today include the ROG Swift OLED PG42UQ and PG48UQ, the world’s first 42" and 48ʺ OLED gaming monitor with anti-glare Micro-texture coating.
For creative professionals, ASUS ProArt display offerings include PA169CDV, the world’s first portable monitor that’s PANTONE® Validated and Calman Verified for dual certification. PA169CDV also includes Wacom EMR technology. In addition, there’s ProArt Display OLED PA16DC, a 15.6-inch 4K (3840 x 2160) HDR OLED monitor, and ProArt Display PA348CGV, a 34-inch 21:9 UWQHD (3440 x 1440) flat display featuring 120 Hz variable frame rate.
Those who want to work or relax on the go will be thrilled by ZenScreen Go MB16AWP wireless portable monitor with a high-capacity battery. In addition, there’s ZenScreen Ink MB14AHD, a 14-inch IPS panel with dual touch functionality, 10-point touch sensitivity and an active stylus for writing.

ROG Swift OLED PG42UQ and PG48UQ
During the ASUS CES 2022, the new ROG Swift OLED monitor range includes the 42-inch Swift OLED PG42UQ and the immersive 48-inch Swift OLED PG48UQ. the world’s first OLED gaming monitors to feature an anti-glare Micro-texture coating. Both displays are able to showcase stunning 4K visuals at 120 Hz, and make full use of OLED technology features such as 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, 0.1 ms response time, plus true 10-bit color and 98% DCI-P3 color coverage. These displays are also factory pre-calibrated to Delta E<2 color accuracy.
Unlike other OLED displays, ROG Swift OLED-series monitors feature the new anti-glare Micro-texture coating on the panel surface to reduce glare, allowing viewers to see more precise onscreen colors. These displays also boast a unique thermal solution with a custom heatsink and internal airflow layout designed to optimize heat exchange, keeping operating temperatures below 50˚ C (up to 16% lower than competitor models) while reaching peak brightness of 900 nits 1 .
The Swift OLED displays include HDMI® 2.1 FRL to offer gamers full 48 Gbps bandwidth to support native 4K 120 Hz visuals without chroma subsampling. Console gamers can also take advantage of variable-refresh-rate technology and an auto-low-latency mode for super-smooth, lag-free gaming visuals. In addition, the Swift OLED displays have an array of connectivity features including two HDMI 2.1 and two HDMI 2.0 ports, DisplayPort™ 1.4 and a USB hub.
ASUS ProArt Display PA169CDV
ASUS CES 2022 monitors presents its ProArt lineup first with the ProArt Display PA169CDV, a 15.6-inch 4K UHD IPS portable monitor that includes Wacom EMR technology for compatibility with the bundled ProArt Pen. Built for professional creatives, it offers stunning 4K resolution and targets the DisplayHDR 400 standard. Its innovative design includes two kickstands for versatile use — the upper kickstand tilts PA169CDV slightly to make drawing or sketching easy, while the lower kickstand props it up to an ideal angle for use as a secondary display.
PA169CDV is PANTONE Validated and Calman Verified, making it the first portable monitor thatʹs dual certified. It is factory pre-calibrated to Delta E < 2 color difference, and features 10-bit color, 100% sRGB and 100% Rec.709 color gamut to provide users with great color accuracy and high-quality drawing experiences.
ProArt Pen uses Wacom EMR technology to provide a natural handwriting feel. The lightweight pen is battery-free and is compatible with ASUS Dial 2 , giving users shortcuts when working with supported Adobe software 3 for a smoother workflow.
ASUS ProArt Display OLED PA16DC
ASUS ProArt Display OLED PA16DC is a 15.6-inch 4K (3840 x 2160) HDR OLED monitor designed for on-set use. It offers 10-bit color, exceptional Delta E < 1 color accuracy, covers 100% DCI-P3 color space and has a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio to provide the deepest black and the brightest white hues.
OLED PA16DC targets the DisplayHDR 400 True Black specification and includes ASUS Smart HDR technology to support multiple HDR formats and PQ curves. A built-in colorimeter provides effortless calibration experiences to help ensure long-term color accuracy. The display has a hood designed to reduce reflections and incudes two different stands to fit diverse scenarios.
ASUS ProArt Display PA348CGV
ASUS ProArt Display PA348CGV is a 34-inch, 21:9 UWQHD (3440 x 1440) display that is pre-calibrated for Delta E < 2 color accuracy. It is Calman Verified and features a 120 Hz variable frame rate to provide smooth 2D or 3D rendering.
An ergonomic design allows users to easily adjust the monitor for a better viewing angle. It includes a traditional monitor stand as well as a C-clamp desk mount 4 for users looking to maximize desk space.
PA348CGV features a DisplayPort, two HDMI ports, and a full-function USB-C that offers signal, data transfer and 90-watt power delivery. The monitor itself can also double as a USB hub.
ASUS ZenScreen Go MB16AWP
ASUS ZenScreen Go MB16AWP is a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS wireless portable monitor with an anti-glare surface. Built-in WiFi eliminates the need for cables, allowing users to stream videos and movies from their smartphones, or conduct presentations via a laptop or other device. It has a 7800 mAh battery that provides up to 3.5 hours of use.
An integrated G-sensor enables an Auto-rotation function by automatically sensing the display’s orientation to switch between landscape and portrait modes. ZenScreen Go has a new fold-out kickstand design that offers easy tilt adjustments to ensure comfortable viewing angles. In addition, it includes two USB Type-C ports, mini HDMI and an earphone jack.
