ASUS Philippines with its retail partner started selling the ASUS ZenFone 5 on the day of its launch last April 14. As far as I know, ASUS had decent sales turnouts every time they hold a launch. What we didn’t expect is the ZenFone 5 getting sold out in just 45 minutes! That’s right, the total sell-out of 1,000 ZenFone 5’s and ZenFone 5Q’s combined was just under an hour of their first day in the country.
That’s a remarkable feat by the Taiwanese company! Also, I think this turnout is a good sign that customers continue or regain the trust of the brand which was in the first place to sell quality products at competitive prices.
