Contact tracing made for the public with the RC143 response app! Globe and TM subscribers can access the RC143 app for FREE with no data charges.
The country has eased its restrictions, turning over to general community quarantine, meaning more people leaving their homes. Despite the change in regulations, cautiousness for the safety of yourself and others is still paramount. The RC143 app has been specially designed by the Philippine Red Cross exactly for this case.
With the RC143, a contact tracing app, users will be able to identify and determine the risk-levels of the areas they’re in. Red Cross can also then examine whether users have had contact (direct or indirect) with COVID-19 patients. Moreover, through this app, Filipinos will be able to directly contact the Philippine Red Cross for questions and concerns about COVID-19 and further assistance.

Globe has teamed up with the Red Cross to make contact tracing easier for the public with SMS alerts and app advisories. They have taken the next step by providing free access on the app without additional data charges. While all PH phone numbers can access the app, for now, only GLOBE/TM subscribers can do so for free.
You can download the RC143 via Google Play for Android (v6.0 and above)! By this initiative, Red Cross can update and coordinate with users more efficiently and have account authentication and verification easier.
Aside from the RC143, Globe/TM subscribers can also access the Department of Health (DOH) and National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) Websites for free.
