By opening an office in the Philippines, Hikvision will be able to strengthen the relationship with partners in the country giving them the service and attention they need. Their office is equipped with large demonstration and training areas, where customer can learn about the cutting-edge technologies from Hikvision. With their most up-to-date and comprehensive product solutions, they aim to position themselves as the top-ranking player in the Philippine security market.
A recent IHS report announced HKvision as the consecutive number one manufacturer of CCTV equipment in the world, and the Philippines as one of the fastest growing markets for the company. The success in the Philippines lies in the local strategy.
“We focus on localization for better service and increasingly strengthening partnership with customers. Furthermore, we are in a hope of more expansion in the Philippines, for example, Cebu” said Ray Wu, General Manager at Hikvision Philippines. Currently, large local companies namely BPI and SM use their surveillance products.
