SAP’s New Digital Learning Initiative Free for All!

SAP SE just announced a new digital learning initiative that offers innovative educational content. It’s content is open for all ages and free! After all, learning shouldn’t stop at home.

The dynamic initiative is based on three educational programs: massive open online courses, learning journeys for universities and the SAP Young Thinkers program. Education is a two- way process. SAP is making sure to respond and adjust to participant feedback to continuously improve and adapt the courses.

Since 2013, openSAP has been providing for those interested in learning about the digital economy in a free Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). These online courses are available for a wide range of tech interests. Course topics include data science, machine learning, sustainability, Java programming and more.

SAP’s goal for this venture is to introduce everyone to the wonders of the digital age. With SAP, anyone can learn about leading technologies, innovations and the digital economy. SAP’s also intending to provide for University Students with a career within the SAP community. 90-Day 4 selected learning journeys are available for students to take on for free!

These 90- Day courses are all just a prelude for those interested to build a career with SAP or to study in one of the over 3,800 member universities in the SAP University Alliances program. Subjects to study are scope and business processes specific to SAP S/4HANA®, the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance solution, the SAP® SuccessFactors® Employee Central solution and Modeling in SAP HANA®.

Of course, there’s also a SAP Global Certification from SAP on specific subjects. One test trial from SAP is free. Access the package here.

SAP offers their enterprise MOOCs free of charge. These online courses use tried and tested classroom concepts, such as discussion forums with peers and experts. Moreover, courses can be accessed without restriction, anytime, anywhere and from any device. Podcasts and micro-learning formats provide users with self-contained, bite-sized content that is easy to consume.
