Accenture Philippines Ranked No. 2 in first IBPAP and Great Place To Work Philippines Best Workplaces in IT-BPM 2023
The Information Technology and Business Process Management Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) and Great Place to Work Philippines teamed up and launched its inaugural Philippines Best Workplaces in IT-BPM 2023 list that recognizes top information technology and business process management (IT-BPM) companies with high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures in the Philippines. The list included 30 Great Place To Work Certified organizations that scored the highest after being evaluated using the Great Place to Work For All Model and Methodology.
Accenture Philippines received the No. 2 ranking in the Philippines Best Workplaces in IT-BPM 2023 list during recognition ceremonies at the Shangri-La The Fort in Taguig City. In March this year, Accenture Philippines ranked No. 2 in the Great Place to Work Philippines Best Workplaces 2023 Large Category, moving up from its third-place ranking in 2022. The March 2023 ranking was based on Accenture employees’ responses to the Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey©. It found that majority of employees surveyed said that Accenture Philippines is a great place to work in the areas of:
- Building and sustaining people’s trust through various engagement activities and programs that prioritize people’s health and well-being;
- Maximizing human potential through I&D and learning programs;
- Providing its people flexible and omniconnected experiences that foster inclusion, participation, and belongingness among its people.
