Learn at Home with Girls4Tech Connect!

Mastercard is providing an extended access for their STEM curriculum, Girls4Tech! Designed to help kids from ages 8- 12, teachers and parents can freely download lessons from the website anywhere around the world.

Girls4Tech Connect lets everyone connect to activities are built on global science and math standards, deeply integrating with Mastercard’s and education partner Scholastic’s expertise on the topic. Along with that, new activities are posted weekly!

In light of these challenging times, learning doesn’t have to slow down. Mastercard hopes that this venture will inspire more girls to pursue a career in this field. All activities are easy to follow for children individually, but there’s also content for teachers to guide.

At the moment, Girls4Tech reached 800,000 girls and 4,400 worldwide! Lessons are currently available in English, with additional Spanish and Chinese language content some time after.

Last year, a new curriculum was launched on cybersecurity and AI – Girls4Tech Cybersecurity & AI. Only in order to give a deeper understanding of this growing field. Not to mention, there’s programs for girls ages 13-16 with Girls4Tech 2.0. And a coding programing for girls 8-10 called Girls4Code!

Mastercard isn’t just stopping there. By partnering with Scholastic, Be Better China, Major League Baseball, Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), R&A and YCAB in Indonesia this project will definitely expand!
