Globe is offering an easier alternative for customers to settle their current bills! Globe 6-month installment options would let all Globe customers pay their outstanding balances through staggered terms starting May 15.
The ECQ (Enhanced Community Quarantine) may have been lifted in other places but the burdens of the lockdown remain. As such, Globe offering customers a 6-month installment alternative instead of having to pay everything in one go.
Customers may enroll online between May 15 to June 15. All Globe customers (Globe Mobile Postpaid and Globe At Home) including business and enterprise customers can avail. Business customers may contact Globe Account managers for enrollment and other details.

Since the threat continues, Globe’s also suggesting for customers to view and settle their bills at home. Customers may pay through Globe’s customer service apps—GlobeOne and Globe At Home. Or, if unfamiliar, customers can also pay through the #1 Philippine mobile wallet, GCash. Business customers can also opt for bank online payment and wire transfer services.
