The Challenge:
The Oil & Gas industry is heavily dependent on legacy systems and has numerous challenges. Some of these include – regulatory compliance, supply chain infrastructure, legacy infrastructure, data management, change management, scale & complexity among others. In addition to these challenges, there are several technological and network hassles too. Incidentally, most of the countries operated in, do not have good 3G connectivity, as well.
Puma Energy partnered with Kissflow right before the pandemic hit the world. Owing to traditional practices followed in the oil & gas industry, several operational challenges remained unmet. Additionally, delays in paperwork and other structural issues increased owing to the work-from-home structure.
