Lenovo has got me excited today, as it launched its newest tablet called the Miix 2.
Actually, there are two versions of the Miix but the one they launched today was the 8-inch variant. This convertible tablet is powered by an Intel Atom Z3740 1.33 GHz Quad-Core processor, an 8-inch HD display with IPS and 64GB of internal storage expandable up to 64GB with a MicroSD.
The additional features that made this a real sweet tablet is its sleek form-factor at 0.31 inches thin, JBL surround speakers, and built-in 3G connectivity. The Miix 2 is pre-installed with Microsoft Windows 8.1 and a Home and Student version of Microsoft Office.
The Lenovo Miix 2 is my ideal tablet size and with an SRP of Php 21,999, I can’t help but think of getting one for myself (and I just got a brand new Asus Transformer T100 tablet, I know!). It will be available by end of February.
I am hoping to get a review unit soon, and might even buy one for myself. Anyway, let me get that review unit first.
