  1. Hi Lizeth,

I suggest you make a follow-up to their @SMARTCares Twitter account. They usually respond there. I hope they will be able to help you with your inquiry. Good luck!

  2. hey David,

yes, it is embedded. it didn’t show up on your end? let me check 🙂

  3. Hi Jericha,

I think you need to apply for caller id feature from PLDT. Please call their customer service for assistance.

  4. Hi Roonie,

Where are you located? I’ll ask from my contacts in Asus Philippines.

  5. Hi Cielo. What issues are you having with the recovery mode?

  6. you may not use the SIM, pero sayang lang because it has free data for 12 months 🙁

  7. Hi,

The winner was already announced in my Facebook page and on Twitter.

  8. Hi Lawrence. I’m changing the theme (finally!) within the month so hopefully by then di mo na makikita ang problema na ito 🙂

  9. Unfortunately, the program only gave us around 7 minutes to discuss the phones. The good news is I’ll be posting my full review on Monday, June 23. 🙂

  10. Conrad,

you can go to Settings, Apps, then open the application. you’ll see an option there to move the app.

  11. hi. it runs on android so yeah, it does have the Play Store where you can download apps

  12. try to charge it in another outlet. if it still won’t charge then your charging head might be the issue. try to connect your USB cable to another charging head and see if it will work

  13. Hi Toffer,

I can’t comment onthe MyPhone Rain, but I’m prety ok with the Jade’s performance for my plain usage.

  14. Hi Paul,

Yes, step 1 is good enough for you to earn a raffle entry. But if you want more raffle entries, you can do the other steps 🙂

  15. Hi Ai,

Review will be up by Friday or Saturday 🙂

  16. Hi Thomas,

I’m going to work on that this weekend. I have already discussed this with some readers for the past few days 🙂 Thanks for the support 🙂

  17. Really? How come? And you were able to write your comment so that means you are on my blog 🙂

  18. Hi Kheyt,

I suggest you wait for the full review. 🙂

  19. Hi Carl,

This is just an unboxing post. Full specs are going to be included in the review.

  20. Hi Ces,

Well 512MB can be enough, and I’d like to agree. However, I observed Windows Phone 8 smartphones with 512MB RAM always crash on me (I experienced the same thing with the Huawei Ascend W1 which I will be publishing tomorrow). The only Windows Phone 8 device that didn’t crash on me was the HTC 8X, and that phone has 1GB of RAM. My hunch is that the 512MB RAM is not enough to support the apps I’m using. Another thing I’d like to add is there are some apps (games in particular) that require 1GB of RAM. I hope this clarify things.

  21. Hi there,

I am not certain about this, but as far as I know, cashout in 24 months is not applicable to All-In plans. It’s only applicable to iPhone 5 plans. I suggest that you give them a call or visit the nearest Smart Store to know which plans can let you avail of 24 months cashout

  22. Hi Trixie,

A Smart LTE Prepaid SIM is already good to go, no activation required. If it’s brand new then you can text LTE 299 and send it to 2200 to use activate the free 7-day unlimited access.

  23. That’s ok 🙂 Glad to know that there are other areas here with that kind of speed 🙂

  24. Hi Aaron,

The fastest could be the one I posted above, 29.17 MB at Jupiter St. In Bel-Air Village, Makati.

  25. @Liezl,

Android is indeed a promising mobile OS. I’m not totally jumping ship from Windows Mobile but it’s so far meeting my expectations for my tasks both at work and personal.

    @Kristine,

I waited for a week before I got my unit. If you want to get a unit the fastest way, you can go to SM Megamall Wireless Center. Tonyo got his unit there. Thing is, you’ll need to visit the HTC Care Center in Yakal St., Makati to have it upgraded to its latest firmware version. Upgrade process only takes 30 minutes tops.

  26. it should support it, as long as your softwares are windows mobile based.
