We first saw the OPPO A71 when it was announced September last year. The phone’s friendly price appealed to OPPO fans who cannot shell out for a more expensive F-series variant. Since the phone brands are also targeting the sub-10k market, the mighty phone brand decided to re-release the phone this year as the OPPO A71 2018.
The OPPO A71 2018 switched its processor in favor of the faster Qualcomm Snapdragon 450, but sadly lowered its RAM from 3GB to 2GB. There’s an upgrade though. The camera is now equipped with A.I. Beauty Recognition Technology that’s designed to personalize beautification for users within a captured selfie. Everything else like the screen size, cameras, and batter capacity are still the same. It still runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with Color OS 3.2.
The OPPO A71 2018 is now available for a more affordable price of P7,990.
