DENZA PH Makati EV Lineup
A luxury 5-seater PHEV (Plug-In Hybrid EV) SUV, the DENZA B5 features a 1.5L turbocharged engine with dual-electric motors. It offers a pure electric range of up to 100 km and a combined range exceeding 1000 km.
The DENZA B5 is capable for off-road driving featuring electronically locking front/rear differentials and a “leopard turn” function for tight spaces. It also has a a maximum ground clearance of a maximum ground clearance of 270mm.
The cabin is equipped with a 15.6-inch infotainment screen, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 16-speaker Devialet audio system. It includes wireless charging, and Nappa leather seating with heating, ventilation, and massage functions.
The DENZA B8 is the luxury brand’s flagship PHEV SUV. It is the larger version of the B5 which is a luxury 7-seater offering a 2.0L engine paired with a 36.8 kWh BYD Blade Battery. The B8 is estimated to reach up to 180 km on a full charge.
The more expensive version of the BYD eMAX 9 DM-i, the DENZA D9 is a premium 7-seater luxury MPV featuring a 1.5L hybrid DM-i. It can reach a maximum range of 980 km.
The interior of DENZA D9 exudes luxury with Nappa leather covered seats and panels. Captains chairs lets the passengers relax thanks to its built-in massage feature which can be controlled using the panel on the armrest. There is even a refrigerator at the center of the front seats to cool the passengers’ drinks.
