VinFast MOA officially opened a new e-motorcycle showroom in Pasay City, Metro Manila, bringing its total number of e-motorcycle dealerships in the Philippines to 36. Located at Mall of Asia, one of the country’s largest shopping complexes, the new VinFast MOA showroom will strengthen VinFast’s distribution and service capabilities for e-motorcycles, contributing to the development of a comprehensive electric mobility ecosystem in the Philippines.
The new facility is located on the ground floor of the Mall of Asia complex, close to major roads and transport hubs, and attracts large numbers of commuters and shoppers every day. Its presence in the area brings VinFast’s e-motorcycle products and services closer to urban users in Metro Manila.

VinFast MOA “All-in-One” Showroom
Spanning 125.30 sqm, VinFast MOA is developed under an “all-in-one” model, combining product display, charging solutions and technical services in a single space. Customers can receive direct consultation, test ride the Evo, Feliz II and Viper, learn about the “one-minute battery swap” solution and home-charging options, and explore ownership options suited to their needs, with support from professional consultants throughout the process from product discovery to after-sales service.
The new showroom is the second VinFast e-motorcycle showroom developed and operated by New Nemar Development Corp., following its first facility in Lipa City, Batangas, serving the increasingly diverse needs of a new generation of urban customers. The partner’s continued expansion into Metro Manila also reflects the growing network and confidence of local partners in VinFast.
Just two months after entering the Philippine e-motorcycle market, VinFast has rapidly expanded its network to 33 dealer partners, with 36 3S showrooms now operational, steadily expanding its nationwide footprint.
In addition to New Nemar Corporation, VinFast E-Motorcycle’s operational showrooms have been developed with a wide range of motorcycle business partners in the Philippines, including ARC Venture Inc., EV Central Sales Corporation, Highgear Concept Inc., Auto Ten Trade & Services Corp., Bykewheel Inc., BLC Cycle, Wheeltek Motor Sales Corp., Multibikes Corporation, Vismotor Corporation, Sultan Trading, FMN Industrial Corporation, Moto-Classica Inc., Dashmotor Inc., Odyssey Motors, Inc., Motogam Motorcycle Trading, HMEN Motors, Motor Ace Philippines, Moto Atelier Inc., Bikeworld Inc., North Accord Phils, Giant Moto and Super Hero Mobility Corporation.
By the end of September, VinFast E-Motorcycle expects to bring additional showrooms into operation in partnership with Rexclusively Motors, MotoXpress Sales Corporation, Venture Motorcycle Sales Corp, Viajero Motorsales, Inc., Swift Ride Motor Philippines, Inc., Aserco, Xentro Motors, RK Family Appliances Inc., Cyclemar Caloocan Corporation and Atimonan Sunrise.
