A Night with PALIT at COMPUTEX 2026: Showcasing Talent, Innovation and Awesome Partnerships

So I got invited to a media and partner party by PALIT at this year’s COMPUTEX 2026. Unlike previous years, PALIT had a booth in TAINEX Hall 1 at Nangang, but for this year, they made it intimate inviting select media, creators and partners for a dinner party at Ce La Vi at The Breeze Taipei, just across Taipei 101.

What did I expect from the party? Aside from free-flowing food (the Galbi is so good), drinks (there’s alcohol, though I just drank glasses of Moet), and great 90’s to 2000’s music by the DJ, there was a section of Ce La Vi reserved for showcasing Palit’s products or projects starting with their NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX Super: Pandora, a compact edge AI computer. This machine is used for creating AI enabled automation, as well as developing Physical AI like two robots they have on the floor to demo.

The Korean Galbi was flavorful and tender, same thing goes with the Korean pork BBQ with Perilla wrap

Another side of the room showcased custom desktops that were part of Palit’s Maker competition. Four machines with custom case and Palit GPU designs. Now, the rest of the showcase room have Palit’s GPUs (including their other brands: Gainward and GALAX). We’ll cover each in detail in this post.

When our group entered the showcase room, the first thing we saw were a couple of robots and a demo showcasing a workflow managed by an AI Agent. This is a project done by a company, YUAN which made these two demos. They leveraged the power of Pandora in showcasing two robots in the demo utilizing AI, and an ticket assignment workflow using an AI Agent to manage incoming emails for assignment to troubleshooters.

PALIT Maker Showcase Highlights Builder Creativity

Of course, we have custom PC builds with not just Palit graphics cards installed, but Palit Maker custom graphic cards. There were four custom builds shown. Two have the recent Borderlands 4 Mod competition, and the other two feature a Diablo IV and a sweet steampunk themed PC. These examples show that Palit enables creativity for builders to even customize their GPUs through the use of various media. Through the Maker site, they share the base cover/shroud design of their Palit graphics card (Gamingpro, Dual, and White edition).

PALIT, GALAX and Gainward Grahic Cards on Display

Palit has one model of its GAMEROCK Graphics card on display; however, am unsure if it’s the 5090 or 5080 variants. Beside it is a standee of its new digital brand ambassador Ritona. A Ritona cosplayer was also there to welcome us prior to entering the showcase room. We also have one sample of Gainward’s Phantom graphics card, exact model not indicated, on the showroom floor as well.

For me the highlight of the graphics cards shown are from GALAX. As we have seen last heard there were rumors of GALAX’s closure. Seeing the brand on display WITH a prototype of a new Hall of Fame design, my guess is a 5090, speaks well that the brand is alive and well.

This essentially wraps up our party attendance. I still have to cover some more booths the next day hence I had to cut short my stay at the party. I heard that there was a raffle around the time we left the venue.
