Many were looking forward to watching the live stream of today’s Apple event, but sadly, a huge chunk of viewers were treated to error messages and color bars.

The live stream hiccupped during the first part of the program, giving the event a bad start for a lot of fans who were turning in. According to Digits, those on their PCs and those using Google Chrome were not the only ones unable to access the program – even those on Macs and using Safari had to endure the glitch.

Disgruntled users then took to Twitter to vent:

The stream kicked in at the second half of the event, and between the unveiling of the iPhone 6 and the Apple Watch, and U2’s “Songs of Innocence” giveaway, everything was eventually forgiven.
