ASRock Releases AM5 Motherboard BIOS 3.40 Update: Enhanced Memory Compatibility and System Stability, Users Are Advised to Update

ASRock has just announced the release of BIOS 3.40 version for its AM5 series motherboards. Based on user feedback from the previous BIOS update, we identified some memory compatibility and CPU stability cases. We have completed further optimizations and internal validation. This update focuses on optimizing memory compatibility and system stability. All AM5 motherboard users are advised to download and install it for the best experience.

BIOS 3.40 Update Highlights

  • Memory P-State set to Disabled by default: improves memory compatibility and stability.
  • Adjust VDDCR_SOC Voltage parameters: enhances CPU operating stability.
