The ASUS VivoBook line represents quality notebook PCs at affordable prices. I was interested to get a couple of VivoBooks 5 years ago for our startup company because they can be bought for as low as P19,000 (Celeron model.) VivoBooks are still relevant since many people are still looking for affordable laptops. These people, like me may want to consider the ASUS VivoBook S.

The VivoBook S series starts with the base model which will have an Intel Core i3 processor. What got us excited is the price of the base model announced by ASUS Chairman Mr. Jonney Shih – only $499!!! If we convert that to Philippine Pesos, that would be around P24,950! However, its price will grow higher if we factor in the shipping costs, taxes and other costs before it officially goes on retail locally.
Nevertheless, its premium looks and large screen display should still entice potential buyers to buy this notebook when it lands in our shores.
