It seems that Cherry Mobile is the only brand so far who is supporting the beleaguered Windows 10 Mobile OS. They released the Alpha Prime 5 last summer and though I seriously doubt if they were able to sell these phones with a low price point, the local brand has now come up with a bigger version of it – the Cherry Mobile Alpha Prime 7.
A device with a 7-inch screen is usually considered tablet territory, but I guess Cherry Mobile wants to offer a phone with a big display that can be used for productivity. The Windows Phablet comes with Office Mobile for creating or editing documents on the fly. Pair it with a bluetooth keyboard and you have the next best thing to a Windows 10 tablet.
The downside of the Alpha Prime 7 is the 7-inch screen display. They should have bumped up the resolution to HD similar to the Alpha Prime 5.
