The PNY Exhibit at COMPUTEX 2025

At COMPUTEX 2025, PNY is celebrating its major milestone as being a respected hardware producer of Memory, Storage, Enterprise Graphics and now a full-time Graphics Card manufacturer.

PNY Epic-X RTX 50 Series in full view

The exhibit has PNY NVIDIA GeForceTM RTX Graphics Cards of all specs, from RTX 5090 to the just recently unveiled RTX 5060. Their approach for producing RTX 50 GPUs is simple: have non-ARGB and ARGB models with the same design language (Epic-X). It keeps development and manufacturing simple and straight (and in effect making cost friendly and very competitive in the market). The new RTX 5060 has graced the showroom floor following the same design language, but with the exception of having a compact dual fan and single fan, dual slot form factor, excellent for small form factor builds.

However, it seems like PNY is cooking something new. As the rep I’ve been talking to mentioned. Public clamor for a ‘Blower style GPU’ has been popular hence the existence of a prototype GPU with that configuration, and as such will be available soon in the future.

Showcasing Custom Builds

The exhibit also showcased some custom builds each promoting a use of AI. A large hard case formed a rugged outdoor style machine called the Fusebox-04, which runs a black/white liquid cooled PC build featuring a PNY RTX 5080 inside. It’s used for demoing Generative AI application (but app has not yet loaded during my visit).

Other custom builds include a Cup Noodle PC used to demo D5 render using NVIDIA’s DLSS 4 to produce smooth renders., a DOOM The Dark Ages custom PC build featuring elements from the game and is used to run a contest within the booth for the chance to win a PNY Epic-X RTX 5060 Ti GPU.

Another custom machine with a figure of a cartoonish girl sports a build having PNY XLR8 memory and PNY’s Epic-X RTX 5070. It features the latest Half-Life 2 RTX, which uses NVIDIA’s Ray Tracing and DLSS technologies. And a custom liquid cooled PC runs Hogwarts Legacy.

PNY Continues Making Workstation GPUs

PNY doesn’t just cater to gaming GPUs, as a long-time manufacturer of enterprise/workstation class GPUs, a prebuilt machine from System76 “Thelio Mega” sports three RTX 6000 Ada GPUs used for AI Generation work.

NVIDIA Adding More Value with New AI Software

Speaking of AI Generation, some NVIDIA specific software was demoed at the booth. Not just for games, but for work as well. NVIDIA Blueprints was demoed, featuring 3D Guided Generative AI lets us use basic building blocks for a scene and lets the AI swap different textures to create a custom scene, without requiring too much manual labor in re-applying assets each time.

Project G-Assist is a step up to ChatRTX, which instead lets us do more to our machine by allowing the chat agent work as an assistant which lets us execute some launch commands (in the sample, run Counter-Strike 2), be able to report system performance to even modifying the GPU’s performance on the fly by analyzing the current performance and adjusting based on the given information.

The booth opened early this May 2020 and will remain open until May 23.

We will be happy to hear your thoughts
