The Design

The OPPO A6 Pro looks and feels premium with its matte back panel and curved edges. The rear camera design is slightly inspired by a well-known fruit brand, though OPPO adds its own touch with a subtle camera bump that disappears nicely once you put on the included case. The case itself matches the phone’s colorway, giving it a cohesive and stylish look. This is a welcome improvement over the usual clear cases.
The color we got is Lunar Titanium, a sleek shade that fits perfectly with the phone’s clean design. Other color options include Stellar Blue, Coral Pink, and Rosewood Red, with the last two featuring a unique petal-textured back for those who want something more eye-catching.

But beyond its looks, the main highlight here is durability. The OPPO A6 Pro carries not one but three IP ratings, IP66, IP68, and IP69, giving it maximum protection against dust, water jets, immersion, and even hot water up to 85°C. It can survive underwater for up to 30 minutes at 1.5 meters depth.
On top of that, it also has military-grade shock resistance inside and out. The screen is protected by AGC DT-Star D+ Crystal Shield Glass, while the motherboard’s top cover is made of AM04 high-strength aluminum alloy, proven to deform less even after 1,000 bends.
OPPO also added its Sponge Bionic Cushioning design, a combination of foam and silicone pads that act like airbags to protect key components during impact. Layer after layer, the OPPO A6 Pro is built to last.
As for the buttons and ports, the power button and volume rocker are located on the right side, while the bottom houses the speaker grill, USB Type-C port, microphone, and SIM tray that supports dual nano-SIM cards and a microSD card. The under-display fingerprint scanner is fast and responsive for its price point.
The Display and Speaker

The 6.57-inch AMOLED display features a 120Hz refresh rate and 1080×2372 pixel resolution, delivering vibrant colors and sharp details. Whether you’re watching videos, scrolling through social media, or gaming, the screen feels smooth and premium. The 120Hz refresh rate makes animations fluid and the touch response snappy.
Audio-wise, the OPPO A6 Pro 4G has a stereo speaker setup, one on top and one at the bottom. You can crank the volume up to 300% without distortion. The sound remains clear, full, and punchy, which is impressive for its class.
The Performance

Under the hood, the OPPO A6 Pro runs on a MediaTek Helio G100 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
Here are the benchmark results we got from the OPPO A6 Pro:

It runs ColorOS 15 based on Android 15, which looks clean and responsive. There are some pre-installed apps, but you can easily uninstall the ones you don’t need.
In daily use, the phone handles multitasking, browsing, and streaming without issues. Switching between multiple apps feels smooth, and only heavy games push it to its limits. Casual titles like Mobile Legends and Call of Duty Mobile run well, though more demanding games like Genshin Impact default to lower graphics settings.
The SuperCool VC System keeps the device’s temperature under control during long gaming or multitasking sessions. In stress tests, it maintained 99% stability, showing effective heat management.
The Camera

The OPPO A6 Pro 4G has a dual rear camera setup, a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP monochrome lens. On the front, there’s a 16MP selfie camera.
OPPO A6 Pro – Main Camera Sample By default, the main camera shoots 12.5MP photos, but you can switch to Hi-Res Mode to use the full 50MP resolution. In daylight, the shots come out sharp with natural colors and good dynamic range. Night shots are decent but not outstanding as details soften in low light, though the Night Mode helps retain some clarity.
OPPO A6 Pro – Front Camera Sample Selfies look clean and natural, with OPPO’s color tuning producing sharp and well-balanced skin tones.
For videos, the rear camera can record up to 1080p at 60fps, while the front supports 1080p at 30fps. However, there is no EIS or electronic image stabilization, so handheld videos might appear shaky. The dual-view video mode is a nice addition for vlog-style shooting.
The Battery
The 7000mAh battery is one of the OPPO A6 Pro’s strongest features. Despite the large capacity, the phone remains relatively lightweight at 188g. In light usage, it can last up to two days, while heavy use still gets you a solid full day.
Charging is equally impressive with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging, taking about 1 hour and 30 minutes to fully charge from 0% to 100%. It also supports reverse wired charging, allowing you to use it as a power bank when needed.
OPPO A6 Pro Verdict
The OPPO A6 Pro 4G is a solid all-rounder built for users who prioritize durability and battery life without compromising style and everyday usability. It combines a premium design, reliable performance, and outstanding protection features rarely found in its price range.
If you’re looking for a smartphone that can survive drops, splashes, and even hot water while still looking sleek, the OPPO A6 Pro 4G is a standout option. It’s not the fastest in gaming or the best in low-light photography, but for day-to-day use, it delivers consistency, endurance, and peace of mind.
The OPPO A6 Pro 4G is priced at Php 15,999 and comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. For those who prefer the 5G variant, it’s available in two configurations: 6GB + 128GB for Php 13,999 and 8GB + 256GB for Php 18,999.
