On the Sailor Moon official website, it is mentioned that this is in celebration of the upcoming release (Sept. 11, 2020) of the 2-part “Sailor Moon Eternal” movies, which is a sequel to the “Sailor Moon Crystal” series.
The announcement also lists the schedule of showing of each series on the Sailor Moon Official YouTube Channel, starting on 4/24:
