After returning the ASUS Zenfone 4 Selfie (which I have yet to post my review) ASUS Philippines sent me a review unit of the ASUS Zenfone 4 Max. I’m a huge fan of the Zenfone Max series so I am delighted that they sent me a special media review kit for my evaluation.
Prior to the Philippine launch, there were reports of different variants of the Zenfone 4 Max, including the Zenfone 4 Max Pro. So far, only one variant was launched here – 5.5″ screen with IPS LCD display, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, 32GB Internal Storage with 3GB of RAM. The main upgrade on this phone is a pair of Dual-Rear cameras composed of 13 Megapixels and 5 Megapixels with wide-angle lens. ASUS brought back the legendary 5,000 mAh battery capacity found in the original ASUS Zenfone Max that can also act as a powerbank for your or your friend’s phone.
The body of Zenfone 4 Max is made of premium unibody metal just like its predecessor, the Zenfone 3 Max. What’s awesome in this design is nobody would notice that this phone has a 5,000 mAh battery inside.
